Thakurgaon Zilla Parishad member candidate election campaign has progressed

All the contending candidates are in the polling field in Pirganj, Thakurgaon, focusing on the upcoming district council elections. However, Md Ghiyas Uddin hopes to win 100% with the electric fan brand. As the polling day is approaching, the discussion and criticism is increasing among the voters. The elected representative voters of Thakurgaon's Pirganj upazila are worried about who is the Zilla Parishad member. In this direction, candidates are running various campaigns to attract voters. Publicity campaigns are also widely carried out through social media. Workers and supporters of the candidates are not sitting.

Talking to the voters, it is known that the Zilla Parishad vote is not like a general election - here the voters are all people's representatives. That is why the picture of traditional voting is different in this election. As a result, the voters analyze the candidates carefully. In that case, political background plays a more effective role in getting votes than individual merit. However, the people's representatives expect voters to choose the one who is close to them as a qualified candidate. On the other hand, the member candidates are seeking the support of the people and public representatives by promising to stand by them in the future. And since all the candidates are affiliated with the ruling party, all are hopeful of winning the votes. So day and night they are plowing the fields from one end of Pirganj upazila to the other end to get the votes of the voters.

Member candidate Md Ghiyas Uddin said that he got a great response from the voters for participating in this election. I hope I will win with huge votes and try to develop Pirganj upazila completely.

He also said that I and my family have been involved in Awami politics for a long time. We have been working with the people for a long time. I have developed the area by fulfilling various social and political responsibilities in the upazila.

It should be noted that Thakurgaon Zilla Parishad elections will be held on October 17. In Pirganj upazila, 7 candidates are contesting for the post of chairman as there are no other candidates, Awami League nominated candidate Mu Sadek Quraishi was elected unopposed.
