Eid Miladunnabi (PBUH) Mahfil organized by Al Islah in Anjuman in Italy

Eid Miladunnabi is not observed as a ritual prescribed by Sharia, but to express gratitude to Allah on the occasion of the arrival of the Prophet, peace be upon him. Maulana Marjan Ahmad Chowdhury, the chief guest, said this at a function organized by the Italian Central Council of Anjuman Al Islah held in Italy. (Flowers).

Al Islah Italy (Acting) President Maulana Bazlul Haq, Vice President Maulana Zahedur Rahman Khan presided over the Holy Eid Mila Dunnabi (PBUH) Mahfil held at the Tarpinattara Rasai Restaurant hall in Rome, capital of Italy. Under the joint management of Rahman Sajib, Hafiz Saifur Rahman recited from the Holy Qur'an in the beginning, Sadiq Ahmad performed Nate Rasool (PBUH).

Maulana Hafiz Marjan Ahmad Chowdhury Fultali, distinguished writer and researcher Hazrat Maulana Hafiz Marjan Ahmad Chowdhury Fultali, great grandson of Hazrat Allama Saheb Qibla Fultali (R.H), presented the discussion as the chief guest, Maulana Pier Ali, former president of Al Islah Italy, Jalalabad Association was present as a special guest. Chief Advisor of Italy Abdul Wadud, Advisor Mazir Uddin, President Sabbir Ahmad, General Secretary Jamil Uddin, Senior Vice President Arman Uddin Swapan, President of Golapganj Association Jamil Ahmad, President of Mymensingh District Association Nazmul Islam, Shakeel Ahmad and other distinguished persons of Bangladesh community.

Maulana Saiful Alam Siddiqui, Training Secretary of Anjumane Al Islah Italy Central Council, Office Secretary Hafiz Sirajul Islam, Social Welfare Secretary Rubel Ahmad, Assistant Office Secretary Aslam Uddin, Information Technology Affairs Secretary Shaheen Ahmad, Senior Member Qamar Uddin, Maulana Nasi addressed the function. The speakers discussed various aspects of the Prophet's life and ideals. The speakers said, we are all very lucky because we have come to this world as the ummah of the greatest prophet of all time, Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH). But it is our responsibility as his ummah to love him, follow him and live the way he showed us. Following and imitating the example of the Holy Prophet is essential for every Muslim.

Finally, Maulana Marjan Ahmad Chowdhury (Phultali) prayed special prayers for peace and prosperity for all the Muslim ummah in the world and the hereafter and for the peace and prosperity of all the people of the country and abroad through the Holy Milad Sharif and Doa Mahfil.
