Discussions and prayers were held on the occasion of the celebration of Miladunnabi (PBUH) on Praba Eid in Maldives

On the occasion of celebrating the holy Eid-e-Miladunnabi (PBUH) today, 09 October 2022 at 11 am, a special prayer and discussion program was organized by Bangladesh High Commission, Maldives. Hon'ble High Commissioner Rear Admiral SM Abul Kalam Azad was present as the chief guest on the occasion, Mr. Sohail Parvez, First Secretary of the High Commissioner and Ambassador of the Embassy was present as the special guest, President's message was read on the occasion of Eid-e-Mila Dunnabi (PBUH). Secretary Mr. Mizanur Rahman Bhuiyan, and Mr. Ash Salam, Administrative Officer of the Embassy read the message sent by the Honorable Prime Minister, followed by a brief discussion describing the importance of the holy Eid-e-Miladunnabi (PBUH) and the welfare of the country, nation and the entire mankind including the Muslim Ummah. Maulana Md. Tajul Islam conducted special prayers and prayers, reciting from the Holy Quran at the beginning of the program, Md. Al Amin, founding convenor of the Maldives Madina Jamaat and expatriate journalist, expatriate Bangladeshi citizens and all officials of the High Commission were present at the event, and finally, the prayer mahfil was distributed through Tabruk.
