Two youths were arrested in Naogaon with a large quantity of explosives

RAB arrested two youths named Osman Gani Jisan (30) and Shankar Adhikari Mukesh (40) with a large quantity of explosives in a raid from Mubarak Ali's 6-storey building at Naogaon Dhopapara village across Naogaon Municipality around 12:15 pm on Monday.
According to a press release, RAB-5, Rajshahi and CPC-3 said a team from Joypurhat RAB Camp and RAB-5, Rajshahi Battalion Commander Lt. Col. Riaz Sharihar, PSC, G, Artillery, Major Shakib and Company Commander Assistant Superintendent of Police Md. The operation was led by Masud Rana across Naogaon municipality under Sadar police station of Naogaon district.
From the seven-storey building of Mubarak Ali, son of late Mosharraf Ali of Dhopapara village, 4 kg 200 g of red chemical powder, 2 kg 500 g of white chemical powder inside a plastic bag, 2 kg 400 g of crystal white powder, 1 kg 600 g of chemical beetroot. Osman Gani Jisan, 30, son of Abdul Wadud of Dakshin Badda village in Dhaka district and Shankar Adhikari Mukesh, 40, son of Manoranjan Adhikari of Abhaynagar police station in Jessore district were arrested in handcuffs.
Later, a case was filed against them at Naogaon Sadar Model Police Station under the Explosives Act 1908 and they were handed over to the police.
