Six arrested for supplying pornographic videos in Naogaon

RAB-5 has arrested six people for supplying pornographic videos in Patnitala of Naogaon district.

This information was given in a press release sent from Joypurhat RAB camp on Sunday morning, 13 February. Earlier, they were arrested in a raid in Mahmudpur Bazar area on Saturday evening.

The arrested have been identified as Mohan Kumar Mohant, 20, son of Satya Chandra Mohantar of Azmatpur village in Patnitala upazila, Tuhin Sardar, 28, son of Sadekul Islam Bachchu, Aminur Islam, 33, son of Sharif Uddin Sardar of Ichapur village and Faruk Hossain, 28, son of Afzal Mandal. ), Mehedi Hasan Raju (26) son of Lutfar Rahman and Montu Ram (26) son of Kishori Urao of Sambhupur village.

According to a RAB press release, a special operation was conducted at Mahmudpur Bazar under the leadership of RAB Camp-5 Joypurhat Company Commander Zahidul Islam and Squad Commander Aminul Islam yesterday evening.

Six monitors, six CPUs, four keyboards, four mice, nine hard disks and 18 different types of cables were seized during the raid. At the same time, the 6 youths have been arrested in Hatena. Later, a case was filed against them under the Pornography Control Act at Patnitala police station.

According to RAB sources, the arrested persons had been providing pornographic videos on the mobile phones of various youths including students in exchange for money. Such campaigns of RAB will continue to protect the youth from degeneration.

In this regard, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Patnitala Police Station Shamsul Alam Shah said that RAB had handed over the accused after filing a case with the police station. They have been sent to jail through the court today showing arrest in the case.
