Maulana Faizullah's permanent home is in the old Ramgarh Chikanchhara area of ​​Fatikchhari upazila. He is a child of the famous Kazi dynasty of Ramgarh. Chittagong and Khagrachari are famous for having hundreds of scholars in this dynasty. After completing his education from Jamia Babunagar and Patia, he was first employed as a teacher in Kazirhat Emdadul Ulum Madrasa. Later he was brought to the Munafkhil Madrasa by the late Maulana Abul Khair and entrusted with the management of the Madrasa. He was also the son-in-law of Maulana Hafez Abul Khair.

He managed the Munafkhil Madrasa for almost 30 years and took the Madrasa to a unique height in the field of infrastructure development and education.
