BNP protests in Rome's Sentinel branch, demanding Khaleda Zia's permanent release and medical treatment

BNP Chairperson Former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia's well-being and release demanded that the Bangladesh Nationalist Party, BNP, Sentcell branch in Rome organized a protest and prayer gathering.


Dhali Nasir Uddin, general secretary of the Italian BNP, was the chief guest at the protest, which was held in a local hall in the capital, Rome. The event was presided over by the president of the organization Mujibur Sikder and the meeting was conducted by Md. Shariful Islam Khan Liton.


In his speech, the chief guest said, "This government is harassing the people with the right to vote. This government has deprived 160 million people of the right to vote. Movement on the streets cannot struggle. But the soldiers of genuine Zia will not allow that to happen. All Zia's soldiers will make simultaneous movement in the country and abroad. Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia will be released. ” Chief Guest Dhali Nasir Uddin demanded that appropriate steps be taken for the release and treatment of Begum Khaleda Zia.



Nationalist Party Rome Metropolitan President Humayun Kabir, General Secretary Kazi Abul Bashar, Senior Co-President Sirajul Islam Mridhya, Italian BNP Co-President Advocate Kamruzzaman, Masum Billah, Joint General Secretary Abul Kalam Simon and Co-Organizing Secretary Rana Mollah were present as special guests. , General Secretary of Juba Dal Omar Farooq, President of Sramik Dal Nurul Abshar. Speakers at the protest meeting demanded that the ailing chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia be given proper treatment and that the government be held responsible for her deteriorating condition.


At the end, prayers and munajat were offered under the direction of Hafez Maulana Abul Kalam, Religious Affairs Secretary of Italy BNP.
