The security of the scholars must be ensured - Allama Muhibbullah Babungari

According to various media reports, the country's respected scholars and clerics are being harassed in various ways. Many are suffering from insecurity due to the conspiracy of a particular group. Again, some unknown people are taking the clergy from the house in the middle of the night in an unexpected manner. Amir Hefazat Mujahideen Millat Allama Shah Muhibullah Babungari protested against these incidents.

In a statement issued to the media on Wednesday (September 29th), Amir Hefazat said: We think such an incident is inappropriate in an independent democracy. Because there is administration, court, court and judiciary in the country. If there is any allegation against someone, there is an opportunity to sort it out and conduct a proper investigation and bring it to justice. So why should we go for a method that creates frustration and panic in the minds of the people in a different way? In an independent democracy, if all these undemocratic rules are not strictly suppressed, chaos can be created in the country. It can cause anger and frustration in the minds of the people. Any concealed enemy group can take a stand against Islam and the country. Therefore, we request the government not to arrest any scholar or good citizen in a manner that creates fear and panic in the minds of the people. The accused, whoever he is, should be taken into police custody and tried according to the law.

Ameer Hefazat added in the statement: ‘We are not saying that all the Alem Ulama are innocent or free from all faults and accusations. Maybe some of them will be guilty or guilty. But our demand is that the people will be relieved if the accused are brought to justice under the general rules of the country.

Allama Shah Muhibullah Babungari said: We want to say with this, the arrested Alem Ulama should be properly investigated and their release should be arranged. We want to make it clear to the government that the Alem Ulama are not the enemy of this country or the government. Rather, they are always ahead in the welfare of the country and the ten.

Amir Hefazat said: Remember, on the Day of Judgment, we will all have to stand before Allah Almighty, then one of the servants will be taken into account. Then everything will be revealed before Allah. Many will be ashamed before God on that day. So we should not do anything that would embarrass us in the sight of Allah.

Finally, he prayed to Allah for the betterment of the country, nation and government and said: May Allah protect our country and society from all kinds of dangers, conspiracies and crises. And endowed people of all walks of life, including scholars and ulama, with the gift of living in peace. Amen.
