  Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Maldivian branch has celebrated the party's 45th founding anniversary.

  Yesterday Friday (September 1) at eight o'clock local time, a discussion meeting and cake cutting ceremony was held to mark the 45th anniversary of BNP, PIR, at a local restaurant in Malé, the capital of the Maldives, organized by the Maldivian branch of BNP.

Under the direction of General Secretary of Maldives BNP businessman Md Zahirul Islam, President of Maldives BNP Khalilur Rahman was present as the chief guest. Senior Vice President of Maldives BNP Meher Mia Rana, Vice President Md Farooq Hossain, Md Ershad Molla were present as special guests at the event.
