Basic training of journalists was held in Thakurgaon

Thakurgaon District Representative:

Press Institute Bangladesh (PIB) organized a three-day basic training workshop for journalists in Thakurgaon.

Ramesh Chandra Sen, Member of Parliament of Thakurgaon-1 Constituency and Member of Awami League's Advisory Council, gave certificates to the trainee journalists on the final day of the training at the District Freedom Fighters Complex in the Art Gallery of the city. Additional Deputy Commissioner Mamun Bhuiyan, PIB Training Director Sheikh Majlish Fuad, Trainer Mohammad Shah Alam, Thakurgaon Press Club President Mansoor Ali and others were present. Earlier, Dr. Pradeep Kumar Pandey, Professor of Mass Communication and Journalism Department of Rajshahi University, inaugurated the training last Saturday.

35 journalists from different media working in Thakurgaon participated in this training workshop.
