Md. Sohail Rana was elected CIP for the third consecutive time

The government has selected 67 non-resident Bangladeshis as CIPs (Commercially Important Persons) for the year 2020 for making significant contributions to the country's economy. Among these 67 people, the Maldivian expatriate businessman Mohammad Sohail Rana has been selected as the non-resident Bangladeshi Commercial Important Person (CIP) 2019 in the category of importer of Bangladeshi goods abroad from the Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Foreign Employment.

On Monday (December 12), the Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Foreign Employment issued a notification selecting 67 expatriates.

Expatriate businessman Global Rich Maldives Chairman Sohail Rana has been nominated as CIP by the Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Foreign Employment in the category of importer of Bangladeshi products abroad (2018-2019). Prominent Maldivian businessman Sohail Rana has been elected as CIP for two consecutive times.

Earlier, expatriate businessman Global Rich Maldives Chairman Sohail Rana was nominated as CIP in 2018-2019 by the Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Foreign Employment in the category of importer of Bangladeshi goods abroad.
