Blankets have been distributed among more than one and a half hundred poor, helpless and destitute men and women in Pirganj of Thakurgaon. These blankets were distributed at Balubari KG school ground on the initiative of Banuapara Adarsh Manav Kalyan Sansthan of the upazila on Sunday afternoon. Under the chairmanship of army member Khajir Uddin, Upazila Nirbahi Officer Shahriar Nazir, police station OC Jahangir Alam, former UP chairman Siddiqur Rahman, UP member Belal Hossain, Jharna Rani, Jubo League leader Jewel Rana and others spoke at the blanket distribution meeting.
