Youth of Naogaon arrested with Yabas in Santahar

Police have arrested a drug dealer named Nazimuddin Nazim (37) from Santahar in Bogra. The arrested Nazimuddin is the son of Fazlul Haque of Bishnapur village of Raninagar upazila of Naogaon district.

He was sent to jail by the court on Friday morning, July 15.

According to police sources, Nazimuddin was staying in Battali area of ​​Santahar town on Thursday evening for the purpose of selling drugs. The police were roaming around the vendor in the guise of a general crowd to raid there on a tip-off. He was arrested when he tried to run after realizing the matter.

At that time, 90 pieces of Yaba tablets wrapped in polythene and one gram of heroin were recovered from him.

Rakib Hossain, Deputy Inspector (SI) of Santahar Police Outpost said, "We had information that he deals in drugs in the area. He was arrested along with the drugs by conducting raids based on that source. Today, he has been sent to jail through the court.
