A young man died in a motorcycle accident on his way to his sister's house during Eid holidays

A young man named Shahin Alam (40) died in a head-on collision between two motorcycles at Raninagar in Naogaon on the way to his sister's house on Eid day. Shahin Alam's wife Shipon Begum was injured in the accident.

The incident took place in Kujail Bazar area of ​​Raninagar upazila on Sunday, July 10, at 7:30 pm on Eid.

The deceased was identified as Shahin Alam of Uttar Rajapur village. Son of Osman Ali. He was working in Rajshahi Godagari police station.

Raninagar Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Abul Kalam Azad said Shahin went home on Eid holidays. On the afternoon of Eid, he was going to his sister's house in Bandaikhara from Raninagar on a motorcycle with his wife. On reaching Kujail market area, another motorcycle coming from the opposite direction collided head-on. Shaheen's head was crushed when he fell on the road. When the locals rescued him and took him to the Upazila Health Complex, the doctor on duty declared him dead.

Shahin's wife Shipon Begum, who was injured in the accident, has been admitted to Naogaon Sadar Hospital. He also said that legal action is being taken in this regard.
