3 traders fined for selling soybean oil at extra price in Faridpur

 A mobile court has fined three traders Tk 6,000 for selling soybean oil at exorbitant prices in Faridpur's Bhanga upazila.

Bhanga Upazila Nirbahi Officer conducted the operation on Sunday (March 8) at noon. Azim Uddin Rubel.

The Upazila Nirbahi Officer told reporters that (3) three traders have been fined for charging more than the fixed price of soybean oil and using plastic bags.

The fines are, Md. Nasir Munshi (Atiyar Store) was fined five thousand rupees, Sudeb Saha, fifteen hundred rupees and Akhtaruzzaman five hundred rupees.

He further said that this campaign in the public interest will continue in future also, Insha Allah.
