Inauguration of Winter Sports-2022 in Guimaras

The auspicious inauguration of school based winter sports-2022 has been lost in Guimara upazila of Khagrachhari.

On Thursday, January 20, at 10:00 AM in the grounds of Guimara Government High School, organized by Bangladesh School, Madrasa and Technical Education and Sports Association, under the chairmanship of Guimara Upazila Vice Chairman Jharna Tripura, Guimara Collegiate School teacher Md. Jasimuddin inaugurated the winter sports 2022. Marma.

Speaking at the inauguration, the chief guest said that sports maintain physical peace. Especially the importance of sports in the education of students is immense. He also urged the students to participate in regular sports besides their studies. Bablu Hossain, Headmaster of Guimara Government High School, Sushil Ranjan Pal, Headmaster of Guimara Collegiate High School, Moazzem Hossain, Headmaster of Hafchhari High School, Zainul Abedin, Superintendent of Guimara Islamia Dakhil Madrasa and teachers and students of different schools of the upazila were present during the inauguration.

16 schools of the upazila participated in winter sports. And the opening began with a game of volleyball played by students from Guimara Joint Farm Junior High School and Guimara Collegiate High School.
